I decided to visit Cain Toyota because of the uniformly positive ratings they have received. My first contact was with Scot Poppe, via internet request for information. He answered all of my questions knowledgeably. I was most impressed with his low-key sales pitch. He was there to work with me, not pressure me into making a quick decision. That said, when I did decide to buy on the same day, he was very helpful in making that happen. The pricing on my trade-in and on the new car were fair and in line with the research I had done prior to coming in to visit. There was absolutely NO song and dance and I felt respected as a customer. I would definitely recommend this dealer and this salesperson to friends. They have earned their high ratings. More

Cain Toyota is a friendly dealership. Everyone seems willing to help each other out even though they may not be your “sales person”. The only small issue I had on this particular time was that the car w willing to help each other out even though they may not be your “sales person”. The only small issue I had on this particular time was that the car was in the maintenance building because the brakes were locked up from someone leaving the emergency brake was on, so I had to come back later to test drive it. John has been a wonderful sales person to deal with. This was my 3rd used car I bought from John, although one of them was what I would call a “lemon”…but they tried to make it right and they bought it back from me (I still lost money though). More
