I bought my first toyota from Toyota of Orange back in 2014 and have been very satisfied with their service since then. Aron Parra is always super helpful when it comes to the maintenance. Although I no longer live in the area, I take a long ride back to Orange for the maintenance job only because of Aron. He is professional and never plays game. I didn't have any good luck with dealership services in the past but Toyota of Orange staff specially Aron Parra completely changed my mind. More

Beware of Jose in the service department he will say you need services you do not need. I went in with a coupon for $299 that included topping off all fluids. He told my husband that we may need a complete transmission fluid replacement, but he would let him know. He never contacted us and when we contacted Jose, he said it was already done and sorry for the misunderstanding. Even in the paperwork they gave us, this type of service which is $369 is not recommended until 60,000 miles. Their tech noted that we had no transmission leeks/seeps and showed no indication of a reason for this service. My car only has 30,000 and was running just fine! Basically, my husband got scammed-I know "Buyer Beware"of Toyota of Orange Service Department. More
I’ve been going to Toyota of Orange for many years. Always have my service there. Normally things run smoothly and no real problems, but on this last visit think something was wrong (short handed) Always have my service there. Others were having the same issue, so am confident it’s a once in a while hiccup. More

Had a 9am Friday appointment for a car we had test driven earlier in the week. Car was waiting for us out front of the "internet building" across from the main lot when we arrived, just as our salesman Larry earlier in the week. Car was waiting for us out front of the "internet building" across from the main lot when we arrived, just as our salesman Larry said he would do the day before when we made the appointment. Larry couldn't make it in, so he asked us to meet with his coworker John. While sitting in the waiting area for John to arrive, we watched another salesman come in, grab keys from John's desk, and walk out. John finally arrives (~9:30), we go back out to the lot, but the car is now gone. 15 minutes later we see that other salesman return from a test drive with another couple in the car, and proceed directly into the sales office. We could see John on the phone, scrambling from car to office, back to car, and finally back to us. The couple had just bought the car... All right in front of us while we were waiting 30 minutes for a late salesman! Manager Jeff literally watched the entire thing happen; saw me, and my wife trying to entertain our 9 month old and 4 year old in the waiting area for an hour all up while the car was swooped right in front of us, and all he had to say was "sorry about that". No attempt to intervene on the sale, help with another car, or anything. Weeks of research, test driving, sorting finances, and all we got was a "sorry about that". Cant speak for the cars being lemons or not, but the salesmen and their communication skills are definitely sour. More
