I had my Toyota Yaris taken to Riverside Toyota when I got hot.(the car). I called back the next day and the service man(Eric Perez said the motor was lock up siesed. I told hiim I thought he was mista got hot.(the car). I called back the next day and the service man(Eric Perez said the motor was lock up siesed. I told hiim I thought he was mistaken. He should check again. Of course he didn’t. Four or five days later, I have a warranty he told meto stand responsible for $2500 he would have the motor torn crow for the warranty warranty team to inspect to reside lweathre or not they would fix it . I called back and ask him to change the oil o the car and I would pick it up. He said I can’t change the oil on a motor thats siesed the kin won’t run thru thr journals???? They sent the car to me with a dead battery, the air fired and housing thrown in the front ofthe car and the interior ful of dust where the windows where left down. . If I had todeal with these people again I would buy a skateboard and ride it.Im 66 yo and have never seen business dons as shabby.Rest assured that I will never again have anything to do with these 🤡. I aware by my Toyotsas but will buy a skateboard before I have to deal with these people outside of a courtroom. Riverside Toyota that’s for nothing. Don’t bother making an appointment because apparently it’s the same wait time as a walk in. This review is regarding their service department and their service agent Rosie. She is incredibly unprofessional and rude to her customers. Avoid her at all costs, ask for someone else if she attends you. My dad asked 2 hours after his appt what was going on with his car and she said I don’t know? How can I know if it’s not even “up” yet. My dad said wow, really? But I had an appt and it’s already been two hours. She said and? Just because you have an appt doesn’t make you or your vehicle a priority. You have to wait like everyone else. And then did not contact him or update up for 4 hours!! His car was the last to leave the garage even when other associates would ask what was going on and why it was taking so long, he refused to ask again because she was so disrespectful and he didn’t want to behave the same way. My dad is all about brand loyalty but I refuse to let him come here again. Mom and pop shops are better than this. More
Took my car for service. Told Michael to add the oil change to it and I would pay the extra and I told him not to wash the car. They didn’t change the oil and they did wash the car!!! My fifth time coming to Toyota of riverside,is been very good so far till today,I spoke to advisor Brenton Bisbee was rude unprofessional this man need to look for another job or find different profesión I good so far till today,I spoke to advisor Brenton Bisbee was rude unprofessional this man need to look for another job or find different profesión I only request to install back the passenger back seat and they never did , the problem the I came in for , wasn’t resolved the steering wheel was crooked and pay $350 for nothing, my car still with the issue, so thank you Toyota riverside for the worst service!!! Service Takes long time to complete service. I even made an appointment and still 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. My care was not washed. They alway Takes long time to complete service. This is second time having this issue. It's just close to my home so it's convenient. More

Emergency repair and 50k schuled tune up All though I bought my ‘15 Tundra elsewhere and with respect, I salute them, I use Toyota of Riverside for all routine services because of location All though I bought my ‘15 Tundra elsewhere and with respect, I salute them, I use Toyota of Riverside for all routine services because of location and convenience...closer to home. Having said that, I’ve always been satisfied with their prompt, friendly and professional service. What impressed me most was when I called just about closing time to schedule an appointment about a burned out turn signat bulb and their service manager said bring it in. 5 minutes later I was on the road again. Very cool. More
