At this point there's nothing to discuss. When I wanted to speak to your service manager he was always out or unavailable. I did speak to the warranty and rental manager who told me that the parts were on back order and that he would connect with the service team and make sure they were giving realistic lead times. I know someone else who is having this exact same issue at another dealership and at least he was told up front. Literally nothing happened on this until I called Toyota myself. My insurance Company paid the referal fee which is basically a fee to speed up the parts delivery which was four months!!! That's not sped up. If you want to do something for your customers, you and Toyota should stop doing that. That's an integrity issue at the highest level. I know someone else that didn't pay it and got their vehicle back faster????? Yes, also a Toyota Tundra owner. This is a terrible issue across the United States as you did tell me. It's terrifying to me that I know of two other friends who've had this issue and that Toyota does nothing about protecting these. Anyone who owns a Toyota Tundra should be so very careful about where they park that truck. After over 7k in repairs I'm afraid to drive it and after the constant service prices at your dealership there's nothing compelling me to ever go in there again. This is not a can you contact me issue. You guys all know me or should know me. You had my truck from February through May.
