Even in the stress, Kyle not only kept his cool but also went to great lengths to ensure his customers were at ease. I remember specifically needing to ask him a question in the midst of the systems being down and all the chaos, yet he took the time to stop and listen. Before the storm, Kyle walked me through all the big fixes that needed to be made for my car, and took the time to make sure that my vehicle was serviced the best way for the longevity of the car, as well as for my safety. And with all the holdup the power outage caused, the team was still quick and efficient to finish the several major projects that needed fixing in my vehicle. More

My oil change was covered by a MPP, so I guess the dealership needs to make money some other way when I bring my car in? This small slip makes me a little suspicious now when I bring my car in.
