Absolutely the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. I've leased or purchased 13 vehicles in my life but Briana went above and beyond to earn my business. I sent a request at midnight Thursday and the first thing in the morning Briana reached out to let me know which RAV4 was available but she also let me know that the one I inquired about was actually transferred to their sister store. I thanked her for the information and told her if the sale didn't go through on the red XLE Premium to let me know or if they had a couple of other colors. Went on my day expecting to get the cold shoulder like so many other dealers. 4pm she calls me and lets me know that the vehicle is still available and gave me the exact OTD quote and promised me that if I filled out the application online she would have someone go to the other store and pick up the vehicle by the end of the day. I did have some doubt that this was going to get done but 6pm I get a text telling me that the vehicle should be there by 8pm and they close at 9pm. I rush over and patiently wait and I was amazed that it did arrive at 8:45pm (can't be mad that the driver hit Friday evening traffic) and they had us signed by 9:30. The best part of the transaction was for such a hard to find vehicle there was no markup and since I put nothing down I was offered GAAP insurance which I gladly accepted. Carlos the finance manager went through all of the documents and had us sign and no pressure offers. Went through the car's features and had us out by 10pm. An hour home with traffic but it was worth the drive and I would gladly do it again for my next purchase. More
