Mr. David Banis has done masterful work in getting me into the car I am driving today. Not only was it my first car, it was a special edition Scion FR-S that the original buyer could not purchase and tha into the car I am driving today. Not only was it my first car, it was a special edition Scion FR-S that the original buyer could not purchase and that David called me the moment the news came around. In addition to keeping in contact with me either through e-mail or through my cell phone, he did it in a way that made me feel comfortable. The other employees at other dealerships would do the same thing but David turned it into an art form that made me feel right at home. My Wife and I worked with Ernest Baud on more than one occasion and he was great to work with each time. He wasn't pushy and he stayed patient with us through out our indecisiveness. Reggie was very knowledgeable about the quality, maintenance requirements and features of each vehicle I considered as well as the features of competative vehicles in the same class. Once I made a decision, the process of purchasing the vehicle was very fast and the finance department just as professional (no high pressure sales from finance, just the facts). The other thing we really liked about him was willingness to show us available car/truck comparisons from various sources; he has the April auto issue from "Consumer Reports" sitting right on his desk. We never felt pressured. There are two more possible auto purchases coming up for our family in the coming months; we will be returning to this dealership and finding Jason. More
