Oce you buy a used vehicle you are on your own.. I bought a used Ford F-250 from Toyota of southern MD. Started having mechanical issues right off. I was told air in the fuel lines.. it would fix i I bought a used Ford F-250 from Toyota of southern MD. Started having mechanical issues right off. I was told air in the fuel lines.. it would fix itself. That didn't work. I was told bad gas..not the case. They didn't even test drive the vehicle to see what I was talking about. Finally once their warranty was up they dumped the repairs on my extended warranty. It took nearly 3 months to resolve that issue and 6 time to the shop.. Now I have had 3 brake calipers lock up ,the steering box has had to be replaced,the work I finally got then to do had to be redone because it was leaking fuel from the part they just replaced.. All and all it has been an absolute nightmare dealing with them. Thank God I got the extended warranty from GWC otherwise I would have been completely screwed.. BUYER BEWARE More

Went above and beyond to address my issue Got a call from the service manager after talking to Toyota about what is required to be called "certified". I had an issue with vibration, possibly f Got a call from the service manager after talking to Toyota about what is required to be called "certified". I had an issue with vibration, possibly from the after market rotors. They gave me a loaner and performed a "road" balance on my tires, with no charge to me. The staff were very cordial and professional. While they had my 2014 4runner, which I had purchased from them in February, they also fixed a faulty window motor under warranty. My only complaint is that it took 3 days to get the part. You would think they would have at least one in stock or be able to get it from another dealer. Jenifer went out of her way to get the part expedited. Either way, I was happy with the service and the effort. More
