Toyota of Tri-Cities

I went to Toyota of Tri-Cities to get my oil changed. I was able to pull inside which was nice to keep me out of the wind and rain. I was immediately greated with a smile. I was asked what I needed done an was able to pull inside which was nice to keep me out of the wind and rain. I was immediately greated with a smile. I was asked what I needed done and given a price and a expected delivery time of an hour which was not bad because I had no appointment and there was cars ahead of me. Once he got all my information I was taken to the waiting room. The waiting room was amazing. I was offered free cookies and juices or water. The chocolate chip cookies were so good, they were fresh out of the oven. They had a nice big screen tv to watch with nice with comfy chairs to sit in. The other suprise was if I felt like I needed a massage they had 4 massage chairs that were available to use while I waited. They also had a nice quite business room I could use if I had work I needed to do while I waited. Even though I was given a wait time of 1 hour, my car was done in 45 min. David came and got me. He went over the bill and explained everything very well. He went over the complete inspection leting me know how my filters were doing and how all the fluids in my car were. I got all of this done for under $30. When I got to my car I was shocked to find not only was my car washed but the front floor mates had been vacuumed. I definitley will go back and will tell all my friends about it to. More
