Went to this dealership mid November because I was looking for a RAV4 and to trade in my vehicle. That same day I put down a $500 deposit for a RAV4. Due to shortage I had to wait for a month and a ha looking for a RAV4 and to trade in my vehicle. That same day I put down a $500 deposit for a RAV4. Due to shortage I had to wait for a month and a half for the specific RAV4 trim and spec that I wanted. When the RAV4 was finally available for me to pick up, the dealer installed $4485 worth of BS add-on on top of the MSRP without informing me. They refused to even negotiate the price of those DEALER installed add-ons. These people would have profited from the MSRP, doc fee, my trade-in, etc., but because they are greedy they also want to make money out of the add-ons I did not consent to. BEWARE of these non-sense. On top of all that, they were very unprofessional. They just kept pushing papers and rushed me like I was a first time buyer who was not going to question things. I took my deposit back and walked out. Save your time and money and go to a competitor toyota dealership. More
