Went here to look at a brand new Tacoma. They gave me the numbers and I was hesitant so I let them run my credit for approval. I have an 800 plus score so I knew financing wouldn’t be an is They gave me the numbers and I was hesitant so I let them run my credit for approval. I have an 800 plus score so I knew financing wouldn’t be an issue. They told me numbers weren’t working that I should go to my credit union, apply for an auto loan, and bring them a check. When I said I did not want to go that rout as I am a busy person, the finance manager said “what’s wrong? Are you afraid they won’t give you a loan?” The truth just came in the mail. I got a letter from chase stating they would not finance. The reason they would not finance was because “the value of the vehicle is not relevant to the amount requested to finance”. On top of this I was giving them 5500 down. So with 5500 cash down the behicle was still to jacked up over sticker to be financed. If you enjoy being gouged then go here. So glad this deal was declined. I guess even the banks can see how shady Toyota of turnersville is. Go to Holman they do not inflate over sticker. This Tacoma at turnersville was 10k over sticker by the time the final numbers came out in the wash. More

Service on that day was outstanding. I called on a Friday for a Saturday appointment. They had nothing available for Saturday but was able to get me in on Friday.
