Great service quality and advisors but often very long waits for smaller service needs. Every time I go here (often in the late afternoon) I have to wait a minimum of 1 hour for basic service appointment waits for smaller service needs. Every time I go here (often in the late afternoon) I have to wait a minimum of 1 hour for basic service appointments. Tire rotations and multi point inspections can take an hour and 45 mins. The advisors are great and I find are always willing to talk about your car and concerns with you to your level of car knowledge. I would trust this place for major repairs and work to my Toyota but if you are good at taking care of your car, I do not think the higher costs and long wait times for simple oil changes and scheduled service appointments are worth it here unless it's free under Toyota care. Many better deals at chains and indy shops, including for full synthetic vehicles. More
