Excellent service at Toyota Turnersville! Toyota service provided me a Saturday appt right away which is the day I needed. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and directed to a service agent who took care of provided me a Saturday appt right away which is the day I needed. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and directed to a service agent who took care of my every need! I was given a loaner car since they weren’t sure how long the repair would take. Within a few hours I was sent a text that my car was ready as well as a follow up phone call. There was so many cars that came in for service that day but the way I was cared for I felt like my car was the only one there! my issue was covered under my lease agreement and I passed d nothing! Such great customer service at Toyota Turnersville! More

You should have a short term return policy. I regretted my decision within 24-36 hours. But now I am stuck. People were nice but that policy should have at least a little flexibility.
