Finally success! I first want to start off by saying this dealer totally redeemed themselves with me after a long 2 weeks of trying to get me in a car....if it wasn't I first want to start off by saying this dealer totally redeemed themselves with me after a long 2 weeks of trying to get me in a car....if it wasn't for Drew, the finance manager putting his heart into this deal it never would've happened. He took the time to personally call me and see what was going on and why I was having issues getting a car with them. Time after time he called me to see how things were going and to let me know the status of my deal. There are just some people that care and are passionate about helping others and want to see people happy, and that person at toyota is Drew. When I went to finally sign papers last night I was also helped by Curtis, who was genuinely just the nicest person. He made sure he picked out the exact car I was looking for and took the time and effort to make sure everything was perfect with the car and even took my son's car seat from my old car and put it in my new Camry. I was truly treated with respect from these two guys and they made me feel so comfortable, no pressure or rushing to get papers signed. They know what I've been through these last 2 weeks and I hope they will read this and see how happy and truly appreciative I am for there help.....Above all though to Drew, thank you for listening to me and treating me like I deserved the best treatment. You even got tears from me last night....thanks again guys, I love my Camry! More

Life saving service I recently had tire pressure check light on in Toyota Camry. I called the service department & spoke with Chuck Colamarino who speedily arranged to h I recently had tire pressure check light on in Toyota Camry. I called the service department & spoke with Chuck Colamarino who speedily arranged to have my car come in for a tire pressure check. I would be traveling to Philadelphia the next day for radiation therapy for breast cancer at the University of Pennsylvania I arrived & was welcomed wth warm,friendly & professional smile. My Camry was checked & upon inspection there were screws & nails in my tire which required a new tire. This was upsetting to me since I was in a car accident previously on top of the Walt Whitman bridge which was a very traumatic experience while traveling to the university of Pennsylvania. If Chuck did not squeeze me in to be seen I could have been in an accident again or stuck in Philadelphia some where. Chuck checked to be sure everything would be in good driving condition for driving the next day. I am relieved & eternally grateful for the service I received. Your health & safety are of utmost concern in all things I recommend Chuck to all my family & friends who own a toyota. There was another gentleman there that also made an assessment on my Camry & asked if I was interested in upgrading with a trade in. I don't recall his name but he was in the Runnemede Toyota before this. I told him Not at this time. More
