After severa 000 plus SUV from Toyota of Warren on August of 2025. I was told the second key needed to be located but they would provide a second key. After several months, I was told it could not be found and I would have to have one made at the cost of approximately $350. The salesman said that he did not say the car came with 2 keys and he said he did not say he would produce a second key. I say he did and what 2025 vehicle only comes with one key! The salesman, Brandon, responded that it was my word against his. Who would knowingly deal with someone who is not a man of his word and responds in that fashion. More

Any problems or of Warren. Tony Montazeri was a tremendous help and salesman throughout this whole venture! Very easy-going and a fine gentleman. Any problems or concerns that I may have had, Tony was there to immediately remedy or investigate anything that came to mind. He took care of me, plain and simple. He did everything in his power to help, no matter what. What more can you ask for when dealing with the purchase of another vehicle? So far, I’m loving the car and the sales transaction was as smooth as butter and I have Tony to thank for that 100%. I appreciate all the hard work you put in to helping me and my family out when I needed it most. Forever grateful! Thank you Tony Montazeri and the rest of the Toyota of Warren family! More

Brought my 2011 Toyota Sienna in because the drivers side sliding door was no longer working. They took the car in, told me the motor needed to be changed and it would cost roughly $1400 for this repair. The sliding door was no longer working. They took the car in, told me the motor needed to be changed and it would cost roughly $1400 for this repair. The minivan has almost 200,000 miles on it so if it was too expensive I wouldn’t have done the job and just operated the door manually. I called my wife and we both agreed to have it fixed. After a few days of picking up my car, the door started to give us issues (it would operate intermittently). We called the dealer and they scheduled another time for me to come in. Upon inspection, they tell me other parts needed to be replaced and it would cost another $1800. If I had known this when we replaced the motor I wouldn’t have never done the job on a 200,000 mile minivan. So now, we have a brand new motor on the drivers side sliding door but must keep the doors power off and must operate it manually. They completely wasted my money. If they would have quoted me the whole job or told me “many times when we change the motor other parts go out and it will cost a lot more” I wouldn’t have never agreed to fix the door in the first place. Keep in mind I’m currently shopping for a Toyota sequoia or suburban and was fixing the minivan just to get more money when it sell. A complete waste of $1300, I’ll never go back to this place again and I recommend you don’t either. More
In over 60 years of trodding the good Lord’s planet, this is the best dealership we have ever found. No pressure. They were responsive and treated us like a person and not a sale. They are the complete pa is the best dealership we have ever found. No pressure. They were responsive and treated us like a person and not a sale. They are the complete package – from managers to shop bay staff. They easily bested another area dealership in every way. We were traveling 6 hours to see a nearly new Tacoma. The sales manager (Tim) went out and took pictures of the under carriage and checked for smoke odor to help us decide whether the truck was worth the journey. Our salesman, Dave, had expert knowledge on all vehicle features and warranty. He courteously and patiently answered all our questions. He went the extra mile to completely top off the fuel tank and touch up a few (very small) paint nicks before we took possession of the vehicle. What a pleasure to deal with a staff who cares about you, your questions, and your concerns. Top flight customer service. 100% professional! Love the truck. Thank you Toyota of Warren! More

Tony Montazeri misses the first rule of salesmanship. Explain features and benefits. Then smoothly explain the features and benefits of the next better model. I explained a point to Tony of a possible deal with Toyota of Boardman. Tony’s’ response was that they were “lying.” Toyota offers a $500 benefit for 2 yr veterans. I asked if exceptions could be made for a veteran of 49 years. Tony said he would talk to his manager and bring my DD214. He took my paperwork to the sales desk and a man laughed and loudly said “seriously.” He came back to tell me Toyota is strict about the 2 yr rule. I understand. However, I believe I was misled he would speak to his manager in advance. I have other beefs about Tony Montazeri. However, I wish I had collected my deposit and gone to Toyota of Boardman. . More
