Agreed to sell me vehicle took my down payment. Had to wait 3 days for insurance to transfer money to my bank. Was upfront with then the entire time. Sells vehicle to someone else. Told me the couldn't get in touch with Salesmen on his day off and they dont keep track of required down payments. The had my banks finance department phone number. I have over 800 credit score, regardless of waiting on a insurance payment I could have finance the entire transaction. They could have verified that fact. Had travel arrangements made to retrieve vehicle as I live 9 plus hours away. This place os a joke. Most dishonest dealership experience in my life. I have bought over 20 vehicles from dealers in my lifetime, never has one pulled a stunt like this. If the are this low image what else they are capable of. Good luck doing business with them. I suggest you find another Toyota dealership. More
