Volvo XC90 purchase I cannot say enough positive things about Chuck and the experience that I had purchasing my new Volvo. I have purchased numerous cars over the years a I cannot say enough positive things about Chuck and the experience that I had purchasing my new Volvo. I have purchased numerous cars over the years and many of the experiences have been very frustrating and disappointing. Chuck's knowledge of this extremely complicated vehicle is tremendous. His willingness to offer to order the vehicle that I wanted rather than buy one on your lot was the first sign that this experience would be different from most. His updates and communications during the two month waiting period were both appropriate and appreciated. He has spent a lot of time getting me acclimated to this vehicle. This will probably not be the last vehicle that I purchase from Chuck. I am a person that many people ask about my experiences regarding purchasing vehicles. Rest assured that these people will hear about my pleasant experience. At this point in my life I appreciate the ability to confidently go to one source and get what I view as a fair and decent deal on a vehicle. I no longer want to play one dealer against another to make sure that I am getting an appropriate deal where I feel like all parties involved came out reasonably on a vehicle purchase. Christine the service Dept. manager and her staff deserve not a five star rating, but a ten star because their twice as good as any other dealership.
