Even after I escalated my disdain and frustration with the administrative tasks of my 2018 Camry purchase, my concerns were disregarded and tossed aside, never fully dealt with. I am a proud Navy veteran, have several years of underwriting experience with BofA, and I have yet to endure such unprofessional work ethics in my career. And although I escalated and utilized every option in the chain of command, Lustine Toyota’s failure to even try and accommodate my needs and address my concerns is extremely disheartening. Christina, Schuyler, and Sam failed me in every way possible. I am currently escalating this terrible customer service matter through the BBB as Lustine is Indendently owned. But, being independently owned doesn’t mean they’re above reproach. More importantly, as a veteran and loyal Toyota customer for nearly 15 years, I no longer wish to do business with a Toyota-affiliated dealership that engages in unsavory customer service practices. Perhaps it’s time I give Honda a try. More

Salesman tried to take raise the price My wife went to Lustine Toyota with the intent to purchase a 2018 RAV4. She had researched online and knew the vehicle she wanted. The salesman tried My wife went to Lustine Toyota with the intent to purchase a 2018 RAV4. She had researched online and knew the vehicle she wanted. The salesman tried to pressure her into another vehicle and wanted to charge more for the vehicle than what was listed online(confirmed by VIN). When confronted they tried to apologize and say it was just a mistake. When they appraised her trade in (2018 Chevy Equinox) which CARMAX had just offered more than $18,000 for they only offered $11,500 and when shown the offer they said "we will see what we can do". The whole experience was shady and and just made my wife feel like they were trying to take advantage of her. In the end my wife ask for the keys to her car back and left. Ended up going to Sheehy Toyota of Stafford and buying the 2018 RAV4 at a great price and friendly professional service. More

my amazing car experience -Charlottesville, VA Called in and asked about a Avalon that was for sale. Dawit Soloman answered and was professional and made a pretty solid app -Charlottesville, VA Called in and asked about a Avalon that was for sale. Dawit Soloman answered and was professional and made a pretty solid appointment for us before it sold. We arranged some scheduling ( I’m a culinary chef and nutritionist for state college and basketball team.) and I took the day off to make sure we got to see it. ( price I saw online was actually a matter of minutes after he dropped it $5,000!) there was a couple appointments on the car and me and my fiancé wanted to see it before hand. He ensured a price lock with a deposit on car. I thanked him, and saw him next day after a couple hour drive. Car was cleaned & was better then expected- had a minor scratch on it, but it wasn’t noticeable. Came in with the intention of maybe getting a few thousand more off, ( I tried oh well, car was worth every dollar ). Soloman afterwards kindly discussed pre-care of the vehicle and offered us a discounted all around package. For $4800 ( pretty much the difference to original sale, but still below market value as he showed us) He went out of his way to certified stamped the car for us under our name for National Toyota’s to see, did a pre-delivery inspection ( better than Toyota’s on top) and through in door trims! ( my wife needed those). We typically don’t extend or purchase after care for vehicles, for budget reasons. Soloman then explained how this was an investment for our future to prevent future expenses! Talk about a presentation! *All around negotiating time- under 5 min.* * Total time spent in dealer- 48 min* salesman and his manager, Bryan were exceptional. Thanks D! Let me know when your sister starts school for orientation day in Fall, I will give the promised tour, referrals, and introduction of our basketball team ! Congrats again to her ! Woo-Ha! More
