My wife and I weren't seriously in the market to purchase a truck, but we were looking for many months prior to visiting Lustine Toyota. We actually went to Lustine Toyota to look and potentially purchase a 2012 Toyota 4Runner, but as we scoured the lot I noticed a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie with practically every option available from the factory on it. Confidence Leiku was the used car salesman that earned my business. Confidence was great, very friendly, professional, and did everything he could to help me get the deal I was looking for. Confidence Leiku receives 5 out of 5 stars. The finance department was completely the opposite. I tried to be friendly with them, but it was all about business to them. They attempted to build additional charges and taxes into the purchase price to jack up the overall price of the vehicle. I believe this is part of Lustine Toyota’s normal operating procedures to make a good profit on every vehicle they sell. I had to have lengthy conversations and multiple contract modifications to get the purchase price to where I originally wanted it to be and our original agreed upon purchase price. Lustine Toyota’s finance department receives only 2 out of 5 stars. Overall, Lustine Toyota is a slightly above average dealership. Be sure to research the Internet before going to the dealership and be careful of the finance department as they will try to get you! More

I wound up buying a Toyota Corolla and couldn't be happier. The team was great, very professional, courteous, and attentive. Couldn't have gotten a better car salesman than Steve. Bryant Jones was rather rude to me. I asked questions regarding service pricing that had nothing to do with Auto 4 Life but all of his responses mentioned Auto 4 Life. He told me he did not see why I did regarding service pricing that had nothing to do with Auto 4 Life but all of his responses mentioned Auto 4 Life. He told me he did not see why I did not understand what he was saying in regards to Auto 4 Life after I told him he's not answering my questions regarding pricing on service. He also told me to contact Finance multiple times and said he had other customers and wasn't trying to rush me, when in fact that's what he was doing. Personally, I don't see why it was so hard for him to give prices and explain the difference between SERVICES if he's a Service Advisor. More
I made a visit to lustine a few weeks ago. After the purchase, Ms Jessica Santiago presented a discounted care package plan for undercoating, paint protection, and seat protection. Although she is very young, she was very professional and it was evident she was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and product. I could tell she completed some extra study or homework concerning the sales. I am very glad she convinced me to take advantage of the protection plan because it has paid dividends already. We need more people like Jessica in the Sales/Market business. Thank you for caring about my needs and the professional quality of service. More
I have recently visted Lustine Toyota to purchase an alarm system for my used car. I was assited by Ms. Santiago and she showed me the alarm systems available and the different options i had to accompan alarm system for my used car. At first I was'nt sure, but she showed me how helpful it would be to use and ever since then it has made a great effort in securing my car. i would recommend this dealership because it has great personnel with how i was treated and great variety of products. I cam to the dealership to get my wifes RAV4 serviced. While there I met Steve and he told me that they were looking for a RAV4 for the inventory of their used cars. I had to think about it for a few days and when I Came back to buy the Prius he was busy with another customer. His coworker Hirby helped me and made me very happy with everything. Lustine match the lowest quote received and found the exact vehicle down to options and color I wanted. Herbie drove to that dealership in rush hour traffic to pick it up. While we waited for our vehicle we sat down with Jessica Santiago to discuss after purchase options. She was more than helpful and saw the process through to its completion. Jessica also offered to look into a problem we were having with our 2009 Toyota. I've always dreaded buying a new car, but Herbie, Jessica, and Lustine sales team made that process painless. More
