After having a bad experience with 2 service advisors at this location on my last visit. I was hesitant to give Lustine Toyota Service Dept. another shot at earning back my business. Last week I went for this location on my last visit. I was hesitant to give Lustine Toyota Service Dept. another shot at earning back my business. Last week I went for a 5k service on my car and Bryant Jones was my service advisor. I've gone plenty of times to Lustine Toyota for my car service needs and this was the first time that I met Bryant as my service advisor for that morning. Bryant is very professional at what he has does, he noticed that I had that look on my face that read "let's see how this service goes" Bryant gave me a timeframe when my car would be ready and he was right on the dot! I told Bryant that I love good customer service and that morning my hesitant look has changed to a happier look indicating that I was pleased with the service that was provided to me that morning. I definitely plan on returning and asking for Bryant Jones to be my service advisor. Thank you Bryant Jones for doing a great job! :-D More

I have a 06 Tacoma. Only once I took it somewhere other than Lustine for service. I will NEVER make that mistake again. Bryant makes me feel like I'm his only client. On all my visits at Lustine for service, there is only one person I go for help and that is Tim Shanahan. My most recent visit was on March 29, 2012. Tim Shanahan has got to be one of the most, if not t one person I go for help and that is Tim Shanahan. My most recent visit was on March 29, 2012. Tim Shanahan has got to be one of the most, if not the most friendliest, accommodating, trustworthy & service oriented Service Advisor I have ever dealt with. His ever-helpful attitude is always a welcome sight on all my visits at Lustine. Tim is my ONLY "go-to guy" for all my service needs on all my Toyota vehicles. My unwavered trust for Tim is without a doubt always 100%. Keep up the "good work" Tim! More

I want to say that out of all the cars I've bought in the past, this has been my best experience yet. I can honestly say that the sales rep did a great job in making me feel comfortable with the purchase I w past, this has been my best experience yet. Buying a vehicle is a stressful situation as it is because you want to make sure you're making the right decision. I definitely feel confident with my Highlander. I went in not knowing what to get or what would best suit my family and after going to several dealerships I felt most comfortable at Lustine Toyota. Jesse K. walked me thru the different vehicles they had available based on the criteria I was looking for. I was able to test drive them all and was able to go home and think about my options. I was never once pressured into buying a vehicle on the spot. I will definitely recommend this dealership and this sales rep to anyone that's looking into buying a vehicle. Carlos is amazing. I called earlier in the day, told him what I wanted - and within minutes he had my options. I went to the dealership, picked out a fantastic RAV4 Limited and Carlos walked me through ever what I wanted - and within minutes he had my options. I went to the dealership, picked out a fantastic RAV4 Limited and Carlos walked me through every step and explained EVERYTHING to me. He brought Jessica over to me who was kind and thoughtful and really saved me money by selecting options that I needed for my vehicle. I'm sorry to say that I cannot remember the nice lady who helped me out in finance, but she was very welcoming and warm and QUICK. I was able to get my car for the price that I'm able to afford, and felt like she was really looking out for my best interest (GAP and Warranty). For years I went to Jack Taylor's Toyota. I was just used to going there...AND I lived within minutes of Lustine. Carlos changed me last year when I purchased my first vehicle from Lustine. The difference in service is AMAZING and I can't imagine a more pleasurable experience. In today's world - accepting mediocre customer service is not something I do...and I don't have to with Lustine. The team at Lustine is professional, warm, welcoming and has your best interest at heart. It's not a pushy sales atmosphere. It's ... simply the best. Kudos to Toyota for having Lustine as a reseller AND for the team that supports Lustine! My only regret is that I didn't get the business card of the person in finance - my fault. She was great to deal with. Carlos feels like family - I actually hugged him when I left because he's so genuine. Thanks!!! More
