Financial manager is trash. They don't listen.. now I have to go back to the dealership and TRY to cancel over $8k in warranties... please get the BBB involved and help me!!!!! More

I went in and got these warranties cancelled. I financed for 8k over what I needed to. Toyota will be sending a check to my lien holder the amount charged... My monthly payment stays the same, I'll end up paying this sooner..
