I have been coming here since 2004. The service at Ourisman is not like the service I used to receive at Lustine. There is no effort made to keep you posted on the progress of the repairs being made. I sit and sit for almost two hours waiting to be called. When I go to find the person that checked me in, I find that my car was passed to another agent. When he goes to find my car, I am told it is waiting for me in the service bay. Why was there not someone tracking my car? The atmosphere in the place is just not the same. It makes me very sad since my husband and I each have a Toyota Avalon and love them. More
