When I asked for a price estimate the sales manager Michael let me know that it was "too much work" to get that unless I was actually buying a car that day. I had to bring it back a month later due to a faulty heat management module that took a few weeks to diagnose - it is a new car so it is expected. What makes Lustine stand apart is that the GM and service staff provided updates regarding the diagnosis and communications with Toyota corporate. They made sure I had a car while it was in service for over 3 weeks. Once I got it back it has performed perfectly! Lustine will be my dealership of choice as they treat their customers as one should. More

Sad… try to buy a car and the salesman wastes your time. I then called spoke to a manager. He was definitely going to get back with a price on my trade.
