Normally excellent service, quick and informative. My only problem with my last visit was that I had to wait for more than 3 hours. If I'd known in advance how long it would take, I would have requested only problem with my last visit was that I had to wait for more than 3 hours. If I'd known in advance how long it would take, I would have requested a loan vehicle to do something else instead of waiting there. However, I normally don't have to wait more than 1 and 1/2 hours.
