Maurice Thompson was a pleasure to work with. I came in with no appt. and Maurice was more then happy to check in my vehicle and address my service needs, EPA and va inspection,. He informed me of the hour with no appt. and Maurice was more then happy to check in my vehicle and address my service needs, EPA and va inspection,. He informed me of the hour wait and offered me a shuttle ride. I declined and had a seat in the waiting room. Maurice came and called me in 40 minutes much to my delight. He walked me to the register, went over the work done and personally pulled my vehicle in to the service lane. Needless I was very impressed and will be returning to Maurice when my car needs its next service. More

So I sat and sat and then Victor came and helped me. I was so annoyed. It's bad enough that I tried to call and sat on hold for literally 20-25 minutes. I even tried other options when I called to see how long I would be on hold and I sat on hold. Victor helped me out and was very understanding. I walked around while my car was being worked on and everywhere I went, they were trying to sell me another car. I just got this car from you guys. I understand that's your job and all but that's harassment. Maybe Bryant was having a bad day but I really felt, since I have purchased my USED car, that they don't particularly care for used car owners. It really annoyed me. Yes, it was at the end of the day and maybe they were very busy but the customer service SUCKED on Bryant's end. I'm really annoyed that I have to continue to go to this place for service in order to keep my warranty. Oh, I actually called Bryant to see if I could make an appointment for my 90K work and parts answered and said they would give him my message (parts ALWAYS answers). I never got a call back. I'm calling to GIVE you people money and you can't even respect me enough to call me back. I really hate this place and I will be talking to the manager. It was horrible and I would never tell ANYONE to go there to purchase a car new or used. More

While I bought my 2010 Camry from Lustine due to the great price I received. I bring my car in for servicing due to the consistently great customer service I receive from my service adviser Tim Shanaha great price I received. Lustine is actually out of my way as I live closer to two other Toyota dealerships, but Tim is always willing to go the extra mile to get me scheduled, get the work completed in a manner that fits my schedule, and do little extras that go over and above what I'd expect. His friendly manner and great service keep me coming back. And, I trust him. Two recent incidents are illustrative of the great service he provides. Last time I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance, the car was absolutely covered in tree pollen. As I was leaving, Tim jokingly told me he thought I had painted my car green so he had it washed for me. Something both my wife and I really appreciated. The very next day I am riding down the highway and my hubcap falls off and gets lost. I contact Tim and he has me email him a picture of the type of hubcaps on my car. Then, not only does he have the hubcap replaced, he arranges for it to get delivered to me so I don't have to make a special trip. Can't say enough about the great customer service Tim provides. More

I followed Bill from another dealership to maintain my 2001 Highlander (+155,000 miles), my daughter's 2005 Corolla, and 2008 Prius. I am continually impressed with Lustine's facilities and professional atmosphere.
