Quick In and Out I needed to take my Toyota Corolla in for its 5000 mile checkup and decided to try an afternoon appointment instead of morning (which I usually do). I I needed to take my Toyota Corolla in for its 5000 mile checkup and decided to try an afternoon appointment instead of morning (which I usually do). I scheduled for the same day, drove it up, checked it in and was out within a half-hour of checking in. Granted there was nothing special needed, but the checkin process was easy and the service advisor (Nick Iacullo) was very professional and speedy in getting the car squared away. He also advised about the next visit that would be needed. Good job all around. More

Excellent service at Northbrook Toyota Have had 2 recent service experiences with Northbrook Toyota. In both instances, service was friendly and efficient. They highlighted areas of concern but did not push me or try to oversell unwanted items. There is a shuttle service if needed but I chose to wait in their large waiting room. Would definitely go there again and highly recommend. More
