Larry was very professional, knowledgeable, and low pressure. I spend a good amount of time with Larry during the delivery of our vehicle with Larry answering all my questions and showing me all the features of our new Highlander. I stopped back with my wife the next day to drop off our title for our trade-in and my wife had a few questions in what turned out to be, for all practical purposes, the delivery all over again. Larry spent another 30 minutes answering my wifes questions and going over the many of the features of our new vehicle. Also, working with the finance purson the night before was very easy and low pressure. Nothing negative to say - overall a positive experience. More

I was most impressed with the salesperson as she took time once the sale was complete to explain all of the features of my new purchase and set up the phone and bluetooth. I must have been in the dealership no more than 1.5 hours to complete the entire purchase. Very efficient crew. More
