Alex is EXCEPTIONAL! This is the second car we buy from Alex. Our first experience was excellent so we knew right away where to go when we decided to buy a new car instea This is the second car we buy from Alex. Our first experience was excellent so we knew right away where to go when we decided to buy a new car instead of wasting time visiting several car dealers like we had to do before. We told Alex over the phone what kind of car we were looking for, he found it, we stopped by to finalize, then back a couple of days later to pick up our new car (he got the perfect car for us from Milwaukee) and to do the paperwork - kudos to Chad who had all paperwork ready and very clear. While we were signing the papers, Alex took care of everything we had asked him and more! Box to return to Ikea was moved to our new car as well as a few other personal items we forgot in the old car. Ipass was set, plates installed with the cute little paw frame we had on the previous car (we forgot to ask him to do this but he did!), and he was even able to retrieve a lovely chain/pendant that was stuck in between panels. When we entered our new car, he made sure to explain everything about the sound system, navigation, voice, etc. and he even set up our garage door opener! All this while I suspect he was supposed to be done with work much earlier that day. But Alex does prioritize his customers who, in return, go back to him when it's time to get a new car. The entire process was quick, clear and fair. We love dealing with Alex, he's got a super nice personality and he is the best car dealer we've ever met, and we've met many over many years of suffering through the process of buying a car! No more! Alex is really your guy if you don't have time and energy to lose while getting excellent service and a fair price. More
