What a team I am a price shopper and looked around far and wide for the best price. After going to other dealers and doing the crazy dance, I called and was told I am a price shopper and looked around far and wide for the best price. After going to other dealers and doing the crazy dance, I called and was told that they could match the "out the door price". When I got to the store I was pleasantly surprised that there were no games and we got out the door in about two hours with our new car. More

Slimey and rude My husband and I purchased a new Totota Sienna from Northbrook Toyota in May of 2017. I had a bad feeling about it from the moment we walked in but we My husband and I purchased a new Totota Sienna from Northbrook Toyota in May of 2017. I had a bad feeling about it from the moment we walked in but we wanted a new van for our family so we proceeded. Our sales person, was Danilo Chacon and he was subpar at best. He played the “ask daddy” game with the manager which I found extremely condescending. After hours of typical car dealer antics we purchased the van. The manager was a slime bag and would only speak to my husband. The finance guy was the best thing about the transaction. He was friendly and should be the face of the dealership. Fast forward to when I found out that our city sticker was not transferred nor was it even brought up to us that they wouldn’t be doing that. Breedaman Toyota, where we purchased our other vehicle just 4 years prior, transferred it without us even asking. Fine don’t transfer it, but at least let me know so that when it is time for me to purchase one, I’m not blindsided by the extra fee because the dealer never transferred it. When I called (twice) to inquire, the manager was rude and totally unprofessional. Aside from most of the staff being unprofessional, it’s been under construction for years and is completely dirty and disgusting. We have outgrown our Toyota Camry and will be returning to Breedaman for our Highlander and will never be returning to Northbrook Toyota. I will also be making sure to tell everyone I know who is in the market for a new vehicle for their family that they should literally go anywhere but Northbrook Toyota. More

The sales person, Larry Breitman, and General Manager, Dennis Pecho, did not try to pressure me at all. I never felt like I needed to go to battle to get the deal I wanted. They just listened to what I wanted and then walked through several terrific options that were exactly what I was looking for, The financing was easy. Larry was also great with a follow-up call a few days after my purchase to make sure I was happy with everything. More
