Communication and honesty would be appreciated. If someone comes in suggesting a new battery is needed, and you believe that the check engine lights could be caused by a low voltage battery, perhap If someone comes in suggesting a new battery is needed, and you believe that the check engine lights could be caused by a low voltage battery, perhaps suggest just a simple replacement instead of all the diagnostics rendering nearly $1,000 for what was a low battery. Your service people should help customers solve problems, not seek to charge as much money for simple services as possible. Mike Ayers also wouldn’t work with me on the exorbitant expenses. Only Carlos was willing to throw me a bone by knocking off $100. I also had to rent a car for a few days at the cost of $185. Another fee that could have been avoided. In the end, I felt like Tracy Dodge didn’t help me with what they knew, and intentionally put my truck through unneeded and unnecessary diagnosis to run up the bill for a simple battery replacement. I will never set foot in your dealership again, and will be sure to let others know what happened to me there. I am extremely disappointed and annoyed that I feel more like a victim than a customer. This dealership is horrible with customer service after you sign on the dotted line. bought my car on 7/25/24 I left the car at the dealership so that some repairs could get done. after several weeks went by and no communication I called the sales person Rex to find out what was going on. he brushed me off with no explanation as to what was going on with the repairs. He promised to call me back never heard back from him. I left several messages for the general and sales manager Saidu and Fasile, NO RETURN CALLS! on 8/15/24 I received a call from the service department letting me know my car was done, So I drove from Sacramento to Tracy only upon arrive I was told that the car would not start. if you can't fix the car take it where it can be fixed. The sales person or management never came out to talk to me. There are so many good dealerships out there don't waste your time with this one Or you will regret it. This is my review for the staff. He messaged me 3 hours later letting me know it sold. Called the dealership, talked to another skeezy used car salesman who told me it was available and he knowingly lied to me because he wasn’t going to sell the vehicle out of state. A literal bunch of liars who waisted my time. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. More

Good luck trying to talk to anybody in charge after the sale. At best I have received was an automated text from the number that will not accept any response. More
