Great new car buying experience I was very pleased with the overall experience. After requesting email quotes for a 2017 Focus ST from over 20 dealers in the Bay Area, Tracy Ford had I was very pleased with the overall experience. After requesting email quotes for a 2017 Focus ST from over 20 dealers in the Bay Area, Tracy Ford had the best price AND no funny business. Baker Salman (internet manager) provided a quote as requested- no additional incentives we may or may not have qualified for (1st responder/military/recent graduate/etc) which seems to be common practice for Ford dealers. Upon arrival I was greeted by four salesmen- not the best practice but I requested and was immediately taken inside to meet Baker. He was pleasant and very efficient. He showed me the quoted vehicle (fit and finish were great) and took me for a brief test drive. When we got back I let him know I wanted to proceed with the purchase. We went over the quote he provided, he again ensured I would not pay a dollar more and immediately began to draw up the sales contract - this is also when he sent the car off for a final detail cleaning. Within 15 minutes I was taken to Matt in financing. About a million signatures and initials later (expected) I was out the door with a new car. I can't emphasize enough how surprised I was with the speed and efficiency as well as the lack of the hard up-sell for warranties and extras I didn't need or want. More
