Terrible Customer Service! If I could them 0 stars I would. The Manager "Sonny" is very unprofessional and basically said "they will rip people off as long as they get their sal If I could them 0 stars I would. The Manager "Sonny" is very unprofessional and basically said "they will rip people off as long as they get their sales" his customer service skills are very poor and he does not know how to talk to customers. Everyone reading this considering to buy a car from this dealership go ELSE WERE!!! They do not care about what you want all they care about is their commision/ sales. I am working on a very big complaint to corporate on how Sonny treated me. More

New Car Experience This was the best experience I've ever encountered in purchasing a new vehicle. Far Turangan made us feel very comfortable from the very beginning. He let us cruise the lot without pressuring us to buy the first thing we looked at. His calming demeanor was something we never experienced. This kept us focused on the vehicle we wanted to purchase. After my wife and I made our decision on the vehicle Honda Civic HF, the rest was easy. Far took us inside to do the transaction making us feel very comfortable like we were family. This sequence was no nonsense and to the point. No haggling or going back and forth. We knew what we wanted and Far made it happen. We finalized the deal with Todd Suender the Business Manager. If I didn't know any better, I would swear that this guy was my twin! You had to be there. He offered us different products before the final sale, not pressuring us at any time. I also want to thank Frank Esparza III Sales Manager for the special discount that he gave us. Overall Tracy Honda and all their staff made this the best experience in purchasing a new car ever! My wife and I had been shopping for a used Honda Pilot for several weeks without success in Idaho and Utah. We then searched the southwest area and found a Pilot at Tracy Honda that fit our criteria. Jim for several weeks without success in Idaho and Utah. We then searched the southwest area and found a Pilot at Tracy Honda that fit our criteria. Jim was great to work with over the phone -- responsive and timely. We worked out an agreement to accommodate the 500 mile trip to see the vehicle. Jim and Tracy Honda were honest in their representation of the vehicle and we purchased the Pilot and drove it home to Idaho. We had absolutely no issues with the vehicle on the trip home, nor have we since then. The dealership had detailed the vehicle immaculately. We were and still are impressed with the Pilot’s appearance and quality. Jim and the Tracy Honda team receive our endorsement for great competitive pricing and honesty! More

Regardless of the reputation that dealerships charge high prices, I have always chosen to get my Accord serviced at the dealership. I have taken my car at other Honda locations and nothing beats TRACY Honda! prices, I have always chosen to get my Accord serviced at the dealership. I have taken my car at other Honda locations and nothing beats TRACY Honda! Trust me, I had a lesson learned thinking it's all the same. NOT! And that is the truth!! I have been going to TRACY Honda since 2007 and I am beyond satisfied every single time. Having to relocate to Walnut Creek, I continue to take my car here. Occasionally I stay local for an oil change. But, if I lived closer, definitely I will take that trip because that's how awesome the service team are. They are by far the BEST and would not take my car anywhere else especially for major service. They really take great care of you! It's not just the competitive prices or the honesty or the relaxing waiting area with the neat hot beverage machine & snacks, it's the wonderful team that keeps me coming back. Kipp & Jeremy, you guys are super awesome!! I Looooooooooooooooooove TRACY HONDA!!! BTW, my family who lives in the area, hopes that you can consider servicing other makes aside to Honda. More

I just wanted to say that when my wife and I went to shop for a used Honda Pilot Nick Sandhu took the time to show us and explain all the different models they have available at the dealership. Nick has shown us patience and not even for a second that we felt we were pressured to make a purchase. After we selected our Pilot Nick walked us back to the sales office and offered us drinks and told us to get comfortable. Nick valued our time and immediately got the information he needed from us and went to work. We told Nick our ideal price and since we were trading in our 2002 Honda Civic he made all the numbers possible and met our price goal without the hassle of waiting 3 hours for the sales manager to agree. This dealership truly signifies good customer care and values people's time. We highly recommend Nick Sandhu and we will surely buy our next vehicle at Tracy Honda. More

Wife and I spoke with Russel (Internet Sales Manager) over the course of a few days regarding an 07' Acura TL. We were told it was ready for us to come take a look so we drove almost an hour to the lot. over the course of a few days regarding an 07' Acura TL. Car looked great but.......it was a manual transmission and not the advertised automatic (autotrader and their own website). I cannot believe in the three days of communications, this was not related to us. How in the world do you mistake a TRANSMISSION? All we got was a paltry "sorry". We immediately left. Go to a more reputable/responsible dealership. How embarrassing..... More
