Tracy Honda

My wife and I drove to Tracy from Sacramento (60 miles) to view used Accords that we were considering buying after having seen on the Tracy Honda website. I had spoken with Gordon Gooch on the phone and arranged to meet at the Dealer. Gordon met us and proceeded to show us several used cars and let us test drive any that we wanted. He was very low pressure and easy to converse with. After a couple of hours of his time, we didn't see any used cars that we were particularly excited about. We then turned our attention to a new, 2010 Honda Accord sedan. Gordon again let us test drive a new Accord and we were impressed with the handling, styling and ammenities compared to the used Accords we had been looking at. Gordon gave us an offer which seemed very reasonable. The car was not in stock, so he offered to locate one and would let us know. We returned to Sacramento and Gordon contacted us later the following week, informing us he had located an Accord in the color and style we wanted. Despite the long distance from our home to the Dealership, because of Gordon's effort, knowledge of the vehicles, time spent with us and the fact we enjoyed working with him, we decided to purchase our Accord through Tracy Honda despite there being a local dealer much closer. Gordon arranged for our paperwork to be done electronically, qualified us for a car loan through Honda and had our car delivered to our house very painlessly. Hank and the entire staff are courteous and went out of their way to make my consumer experience pleasant. I've continued to take my Honda there for major service, and the large booster battery was recently replaced at no charge (still under warranty). We bought 2 cars from this dealer in a 2 week span. We checked all the dealers in our area and found Tracy to be the most upfront. My youngest daughter researched and found the car she wanted. My older child was in a bad accident and her car was totallled. We went back to look at cars and deal with Nick. After looking around and checking prices Tracy Honda was the only one that wanted to work with us. Dublin Honda hung up on me several times and were to arrogant to want to deal with me. Tracy Honda was Fair and Pleasant to deal with. Everyone that works there were friendly and make you feel at home.
