First time for service- reported three issues and left car w them for the week. Just got a call, they said come get it we cannot duplicate the issues at all. Asked about a loaner. We purchased a Mazda in January 2021. We were pressured into buying $4000 worth of warrantees which we soon realized did not benefit us. We’ve been trying to cancel these since then. Worst experience ever. I drove up to see a truck with an appointment. Truck had been off sight for repairs for 2 days but they called me repeatedly to make sure I would be there. The General Sales Manager Patrick Connelly called me all crazy and put words in my mouth and was extremely aggressive and rude because I had called and informed the owner of what I had experienced. Worked with Joe and Abid to purchase our 2017 Escalade. The deal we got on the vehicle, along with the trade-in value we got on our vehicle, was the best within a 100 miles radius of us. I had a bitter experience with this dealership. I am out of state customer wanting to buy Tesla Model 3 and initially, this dealership agreed to sell it to a out of state customer as long as the customer ta of state customer wanting to buy Tesla Model 3 and initially, this dealership agreed to sell it to a out of state customer as long as the customer takes care of shipping. I got a quote from them and I also provided the info necessary for them to run my credit for financing the vehicle. Now the sales manager is not willing to sell it to out of state customer. He should have told me upfront and I would not have provided my personal info and would not have wasted my time and energy. i tried to talk to the general manager and he doesn't let me talk to him either. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this dealership for the used car buy. They entice you with prices, collect the personal info and then give excuses for not selling the vehicle. More

When I moved from the South Bay my Jetta was still under a third party service contr I've been having my car(s) serviced at Tracy VW for 3 years now. When I moved from the South Bay my Jetta was still under a third party service contract. Even though it wasn't the same one they sold, they figured it out and honored it. That's when I knew they were good. After the contract was over, they continued effort to provide me with the right service at the right time. Simply put, I was never oversold. That's when I knew they were great. This year I added a used Touareg to my VW stable, it's been once...so far. I expect our relationship to continue long into the future. More
