Dropped my car in for yearly service and was told that it would be done by 5pm, I get a call at 5:25 saying its ready to pickup. I arrived at around 5:35 and probably waited 15-20 minutes for a sales person would be done by 5pm, I get a call at 5:25 saying its ready to pickup. I arrived at around 5:35 and probably waited 15-20 minutes for a sales person to walk by and say under his breath that they closed at 5:30. Eventually the sales manager comes to talk to me and says theres nothing he can do and I cant pick up my car because I didnt get there within the 5 minute window I was given. I understand it isn't his department but the lack of care or willingness to help is extremely unprofessional. Eventually things started to work out and he gives me back my key while he goes through the paperwork only for me to go out to my car and notice that my front license plate was bent and an oil stain going down the entire side of my car next to my driver side mirror. Assuming they use an auto wash which isn't touchless so if you have a nice car ask them to not was it. Would explain why ive noticed scratches all over my car in the past. From all the times ive gone to this dealership the only people that seem to care is the service department, I understand they could've been short on mechanics that day but a little communication could go a long way. If I got a call saying they closed at 5:30 and my car will be done around then I could've gotten there before and save me from having to talk with the arrogant sales manager. More
