He was patient with me with all the questions I had, and spent almost an hour going over the details of the car with me when I picked it up. For this not so savvy person, it was so welcomed! After being burnt with car dealerships before, I was so happy to find a place that made my horrible week better. We were given options, not just pushed into a car we would not be happy with.
