My 2 year old Equinox didn’t pass inspection because of bald tires. I went to Traditional (where I bought my Equinox from) and I was angry. Joshua explained the tires were recalled and helped me out. As always they bend over backwards to meet our needs and schedule. Work on this particular day ( oil change, etc) took longer but literally there was a skeleton crew due to Coronavirus.
