Been in for the same problem 4 times Can not fix my Air condition system, been in four times for same problem. My car needed to be driven to pass NY inspection because mechanic disconnect Can not fix my Air condition system, been in four times for same problem. My car needed to be driven to pass NY inspection because mechanic disconnected battery before NY inspection. Whoever drove the car smoked in it. Filled out dealer satisfaction survey explained how unsatisfied I was and never heard anything from them. More

Went in for a oil change and tire rotation this time mechanic said he couldn’t find the wheel lock I get my truck back and the wheel lock was right where I said it was in the glove box . Tire Replacement I scheduled an appointment to get new tires and tire rotation. It took them over 4 hours to finish. After getting my Jeep, the tires were over inflate I scheduled an appointment to get new tires and tire rotation. It took them over 4 hours to finish. After getting my Jeep, the tires were over inflated by 20 pounds, the tire lug nutts were coming off, and the directional tires were installed BACKWARDS!! xxx??? Seriously?!! I don’t understand why i had to pay extra money to have this issue corrected by Goodyear Tires, when a dealership specializes in services for my vehicle. This freakin SUX! :( More

Average at best Asked if I could get a call when car was being started so I could guage finish time....was told we'll try but no promises. Literally was getting an oil change and inspection....nothing even remotely complex. Tech that brought the car to the lot was doing over 30mph around the lot to park it driving like an idiot then slams the brakes on and parks it. As he gets out of my car I ask if it's done....he barely looks and me and mumbles something....I assume it was a yes. Looks completely miserable. I go inside to cash out...he is standing there with service rep... complete scowl on his face. Service rep barely cracked even a friendly look, cashed me out and also maybe eeked out a thank you, come again. Wow....glad I took my business there. Oh and I BOUGHT MY CAR THERE...so looks like they are really makings sure to take care of their car buying customers. More
