Don’t remember the helpful gentleman in service the first visit (John? White hair, handsome, lol) but he set me up to save some money on my snext service visit. Finally.Karen who helped me my last day was friendly and efficient. Through my own mistake she helped me w some clerical problems. This is not even mentioning the actual guys behind the scene, providing the labor, getting my car done in the time estimated. More

Seriously disappointed with the sevice!!! I called several days in advance to book an appointment to have an issue resolved with my windshield wipers and an oil change and tire rotation. I actually showed up a bit early and was greeted by a service associate and was cheked in etc. I was NEVER given an estimated time I would have to wait for the service and I headed to the waiting area. I never expected to sit for 3 hours with not even as much as an update or an apology for time I wasted on my day off !! After all the other customers had been called for their vehicles and I was the last remaing, I decided to take it upon myself to see what was going on. My service had been completed but no one had taken the time to notify ME !!!! I feel like I might STILL be sitting there, waiting !!!! To add insult to injury, I was charged forty dollars for the services I truly will think twice before I return to Transitown Jeep repair garage !!!! More
