The supervisor of service was not very nice. They work on the weather stripping on the windshield on February 19,2019 and 2 weeks later the windshield cracks. I'm on oxygen so when I went in the service man told me I would have to talk to the supervisor so I waited in my car for 20 minutes and he finally came out. He was very argumentive and said it's not our fault and I said I'm not going to keep arguing with you. Also said my lease is up in May and I will never buy another vehicle from Jeep. More

They told me if I did not pay for this service my warranty would not pay for the r The service center coerced me into paying for damage that they did. They told me if I did not pay for this service my warranty would not pay for the repair that needed to be done on my vehicle. Now, my check engine light is on, which wasn't on previously to their repair. I am a single mom of 3 children and it took 5 days to approve the service and get me onto a rental. (That's not ok!) Overall I feel I was taken advantage of. More
Excellent Service, BUT Always quite pleased with the quality of service writer Dawn, but this time though, was diappointed at the tech who serviced my Cherokee; after leavin Always quite pleased with the quality of service writer Dawn, but this time though, was diappointed at the tech who serviced my Cherokee; after leaving dealership, I was more than halfway home and the washer fluid indicator light came on, when I stopped at Walmart it was obvious the tech who serviced my Cherokee did not check the fluid levels even though it was marked that he did. Had to put a gallon of washer fluid in resevoir, the brake fluid resevoir is very low and can not see any fluid in the coolant resevoir, being a mechanic myself, am very disappointed with the service tech. More

Stepped up Took my truck to another dealer for check engine light at 48900 miles. Made several appointments that were canceled by the dealer for different reason Took my truck to another dealer for check engine light at 48900 miles. Made several appointments that were canceled by the dealer for different reasons each time. When I did get it in for service work , the recall work was completed but the check engine light was never addressed. A miscommunication between service advisors. So I finally took it back after weeks of back and forth trying to get an appointment. Only to find out that there was a problem with NOX sensor , which is now not covered under my manufacture warranty. 700 dollers to have it replaced , but they could not garentee that it is the whole problem. They thought it might possibly by the def injector, but was not confident that the tech could remove it to test it with out ruining the catalyst which would have cost 2000 dollars out of my pocket if it stripped out. Which I never herd of passing on a charge because of the incompetence of the dealership. So I paid my diagnostic fee and left , and made an appointment at Transitown dealer the following Monday. Not only did they fix the truck but met me half way on the cost of fixing the NOX sensor which it turned out to be. Very thankful for the understanding that they showed me. More
