But their patience and service brought me back through the bumps in the road. I can't say enough good things about Bill and Ted. On the other hand, up front. I have met more than 3 times and made over 8 calls to try to buy a used car from the. front of the store. They don't keep their notes, never called, didn't remember me, and couldn't find things that I had already found through car guru's, cars.com, and other places. VERY unprofessional. I will not buy a car from Transittowne (not new not other) because of the lack of professionalism, but I will bring the car I buy to service it at your world class service center. More

Tire replacement I was pleased that I could obtain same-day service---especially since I called the day after Christmas. I did have to opt for a "similar" tire, since I was pleased that I could obtain same-day service---especially since I called the day after Christmas. Pleased With Repairs to Ignition System Was very pleased with the work to resolve a rather complicated problem with the ignition system in my 2010 Grand Cherokee. After having been stranded Was very pleased with the work to resolve a rather complicated problem with the ignition system in my 2010 Grand Cherokee. After having been stranded in late November and having to have my vehicle towed to the AAA Car Care Plus shop in Williamsville, and where AAA unsuccessfully attempted to diagnose the cause and make repairs, my vehicle was taken to the Transitowne Service Center. Transitowne relatively quickly diagnosed the problem which turned out to be the gear shift component, ordered a new part, installed it and tested the ignition system to return it to normal working condition including reprogramming my key fobs. The repairs were fairly expensive but understandable under these circumstances. I particularly compliment Bill Webber in the Service Department who kept me informed and closely coordinated the schedule, including tracking of the gear shift on order, and facilitated having the repairs and testing completed.
