First Class Service I broke down on the interstate and was towed to this dealership. It was very close to Christmas and the shop was full. This dealership opened a spot f I broke down on the interstate and was towed to this dealership. It was very close to Christmas and the shop was full. This dealership opened a spot for me because I was from out. Of town and stuck. I got a room at a local motel thinking I was stuck for days. To my surprise and delight, I got a call about 6 hours later telling me my truck was done. I can’t thank this dealership enough for what they did for me and will definitely purchase my next truck from them! For me it’s worth the drive from New Hampshire! Oil change It was nice to not have to have an appointment to get my oil changed. I try to get it done prior to the dashboard telling me but sometimes it just do It was nice to not have to have an appointment to get my oil changed. Pick up car in worse shape then when I dropped it off. I had several things worked on while I was there. They called and said that the car was "all set" which I took to mean that they fixed everything... I had several things worked on while I was there. They called and said that the car was "all set" which I took to mean that they fixed everything... not the case. The replaced a running headlight with a white bulb (all the rest are yellow). They flushed the heater core and now it is by far worse they what it was before. Nobody told me that things were worse they just said that it was ready. When I filled out the online form to review the service they said a manager would get back to me... that was 2 weeks ago. I would go someplace else. More
