Easy scheduling, timely repair. I needed to have service performed on a door issue. The dealer scheduled a timely appointment and addressed the issue. However when I was leaving I I needed to have service performed on a door issue. The dealer scheduled a timely appointment and addressed the issue. However when I was leaving I was told that a piece I requested was installed, when in fact it was not. It was documented on my email to service and also the paperwork. Frustrating, but not a deal breaker. Sourced on my own (interior door handle bezel). More

Waste of time. I dont even know why I bothered coming in. thinking it would be a different experience than any other time with the NOW CLOSED affiliate “Transittowne I dont even know why I bothered coming in. thinking it would be a different experience than any other time with the NOW CLOSED affiliate “Transittowne Jeep Niagara Falls Blvd location” which had equally as terrible service. I’m pretty sure they kept my Jeep for 3 days and never even checked my Jeep for any of the issues I was having... let me explain... For Reference: I have a 2013 Jeep Patriot 42k miles. 2 or 3 months after my intial purchase I was driving from Boston, Massachusetts to Buffalo, NY my Jeep did this wierd chugging, hesitating to accelerate, and then the whole thing died out, WOULD NOT turn over at all. (My tank was full, no engine lights were on prior, all of my fliuds and everything were up to date seeing as how I just purchased it. I had to call and pay for NYS Thruway authorities to tow me to the nearest Jeep dealership, (transittowne NF. Blvd) they told me my Jeep must’ve ran out of gas, or maybe I left my lights on... EXCUSE ME,, I’m driving home from a work event, of course my tank was full 8 hour drive on what?! Fairy dust?? , and how does a car battery die after driving 3 hours And I had filled up probably about 45-60 minutes prior to the sudden Jeep death.. no way. But of course this mechanic just tried making me think I’m a female, I had nooo idea to the situation.. whatever. my Jeep has had this REOCCURING issue where I’ll drive and attempt to accelerate, either the gas pedal, or wheels hesitate it like jerks a couple times then zooms super fast like I hit pedal to the metal. Two other times my Jeep had to be towed in for the same malfunction, which not for nothing I googled the issues after having this happened a lot of people said somethingg about this valve recall that regulates gas flow and causes it to stutter when you press the gas, if it gets stuck the Jeep will die because there’s no flow, and a couple other reasons.. all the problems correlated which I told to BOTH locations all to no avail of actually fixed issues, EVEN THOUGH I PAID MY 500$ DEDUCTIBLE FOR EACH SERVICE, the 100$ diagnosis fee (thankfully Transit waived it this last time because I complained to them they weren’t doing their jobs properly.. waited for almost a half hour and the manager was still too busy to talk to me.) on top of other “general services” they’ve suggested to fix this issue.. haha.. well they closed their location.. Gee I wonder why?? .. So, this issue... of course, SSTILL HAPPENING ! On top of which now the whole INSIDE of my cabin reeekksss like exhaust, I was light headed, almost falling asleep driving.. the smell went away when we rolled down the windows but not for nothing were in the north, ‘‘tis not the season for windows down! Soooooo, I took my Jeep to Transittowne on Transit... TELL ME WHYYYY??? I picked my Jeep up after they had it for three days... they told me to change the spark plugs and mentioned my wipers, a tune up, and mayybee a new air filter but it doesn’t look bad... quoted me like 650$ and then when I said “No, that’s definitely not the issue, I don’t think spark plugs would make it smell like exhaust SO BAD! I which I could convey I text how awfully the exhaust smell was to the point where my dad suggested I get it fixed because he stood by my window, not even in the cabin. I asked if they even got inside my Jeep to even smell it.. HE SAID, “ no I got in and saw the tater tots you left in there” .. SWEAR ON EVERYTHING!! WHY ARE YOU PAYING ATTENTION TO MY LUNCH THAT WAS STILL WARM WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF AND NOT THE FACT THAt MY ENTIRE CABIN SMELLS LIKE EXHAUST!! “ he suggested spark plugs and wipers.. blatantly.. I told him to recheck it, they wanted to charge me 100$ I disputed it, then the manager told the mechanic they weren’t going to charge me and I could pick it up... not for nothing the first person I dropped the Jeep off with couldn’t figure out how to look up my warranty information, a warranty I pay a lot for! THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING?! They never check it out how they should have and it’s not just Transit, it was NF Blvd too.. the woman working told me all of the employees were divvied up amongst the remaining stores and I’m just assuming that’s why this lazy “work” is continuing.. how are you going to charge me 100$ for checking out my tatertots. My suggestion?? hire competent people who knew how to assess a situation, make the proper steps to solving that situation, knowing the proper information and tools to do so.. and SOLVE the issues being told to you... instead of making a guess.. they’ve literally just guessed at it at least 5-6 times between both locations and IM STILL HAVING THIS ISSUE!! These are company certified Jeep Dealership repair locations.. But they are NOT delivering Jeep certified service. 🗑 Hopefully someone reads this and can help me figure out what’s wrong with my Jeep.. I’m going to take it to a different Jeep location and maybe they’ll fix it.. if not.. well at least there will be another review to write out!! More
