Poor Service Had my vehicle for 6 weeks. Did not return my calls. (probably 3 after service manager did not respond) A rental was not available. Service manager di Had my vehicle for 6 weeks. Didn't speak to him until he happened to answer the service desk phone at the end of the day. Had nothing to do with returning my call. I was told by the Chrysler case manager I was "upsetting" the dealership by calling to find out the status. General manager was cc'd on my written concerns. No response. Was told they'd help waive lease payment. Didn't. Told me to contact Chrysler. Still not resolved. Terrible service. Poor communication. More

I took it to Transitowne service on Tuesday, and within one hour I was driving away happy. The service people are all friendly and courteous, as usual, and the experience was comfortable. Manager Mr Terry Smith did not hesitate to fix the issue and to have the body shop ordered that missing part. He was very professional, courteous and most of all listened without interruption. Glad he was able to resolve this and it was done in a timely manner. I also have to give kudos to service department for replacing a broken taillight that was consuming water when it rains or if I go through the car wash. Very efficient. More
