New car didn’t start twice I brought my 2018 Jeep Compass in to your service center because my car wouldn’t start twice in the past 3 months. The first time the car was parked i I brought my 2018 Jeep Compass in to your service center because my car wouldn’t start twice in the past 3 months. The first time the car was parked in the parking garage for 13 hours and the second time just after filling the gas tank. Both times the dash board said the engine was running and the yellow engine light was on. I tried to turn the car on with the fob , didn’t work even to open or lock the doors. The first time in the garage I was about to call a tow truck, and I tried one more time and the car started. The second time , it was the same , after 20 minutes I put my foot under the brake and lifted it and the car started. I stoped in and Dawn made a appointment for me, when I came to my appointment, I was treated poorly by Bill. After waiting 3 hours Bill told me , there was really nothing wrong with the car, and if it doesn’t start again ,just bring it back.After my experience I am changing my Dealership, and probability would never recommend Transitowne. More
