Oil change and tire rotation I bought a van in 2013. I have free oil changes for life and today I was told that program was discontinued. I still have the vehicle so you still nee I bought a van in 2013. I have free oil changes for life and today I was told that program was discontinued. I still have the vehicle so you still need to honor it until I get rid of the car. Also I was told I needed 2 bolts, which I bought. The problem I have with this is your shop is the only shop that takes off my tires. Your mechanics should line up the bolts before they use their power tools to put them back on. Also I was told that my car would take an hour and 40 minutes for this service. Are you short staffed? Also my vehicle was done and I waited in the waiting room to be called. Ifinally went to check on it after I saw it done outside and waited 15-20 mins More

Then I asked them to give me a price to upgrade my radio to the newest radio found in the new Jeep's ... They said they couldn't do that either. Last time going there ! More
