Even the satisfaction survey follow up was horrible. Made an appointment for a recall and an issue with the satellite radio. When I get there before even looking at the truck the woman (who’s name I forg Made an appointment for a recall and an issue with the satellite radio. When I get there before even looking at the truck the woman (who’s name I forgot) tells me the wait for the satellite radio would be an additional 3 hours. I said I didn’t want to wait. So I called around for a ride back to my house. When I got a ride I go back tell them keep the truck and fix everything. They said it would take 3-4 hours. 6 hours later about an hour before they close they call tell me it’s done. I couldn’t get there til after hours to pick it up. The recall work was done but they never fixed the radio. The work order said working as expected. The moment I started the car the error was still in the screen! I received an email from the dealership asking about my experience. I replied to the email and stated what happened and that I was hesitant to take my truck back and lose it for another day after what happened. I received a reply simply saying sorry and I’ll talk to my manager about it. Never heard from them again. More

Too long for service I took my Jeep in for service because the "check gauges" light was on. When I took it in the radiator had no antifreeze/coolant in it. They were going I took my Jeep in for service because the "check gauges" light was on. When I took it in the radiator had no antifreeze/coolant in it. They were going to check the gasket/cylinder heads and repair it. I thought 3 days. A week would have even been okay. But it took them 4 weeks to fix my Jeep. Bill Webber the service attendant was very professional though and kept in contact with me about any progress on my vehicle's repair. More than one repair person should have been able to attend to my vehicle to repair it in about a week not 4 weeks time. I also had to have a rental during this time and it turned out to be a very costly length of time. More

Bad mechanics Brought my vehicle in for oil change and thermostat replacement and got my vehicle with oil leaking ,bolts missing and coolant filled to the top. Brou Brought my vehicle in for oil change and thermostat replacement and got my vehicle with oil leaking ,bolts missing and coolant filled to the top. Brought back in and said it was fixed. Drove away and smelled burning figured oil was all over had to burn off . Week later still doing it noticed oil still leaking all over . Took back in and said o-ring was bad. 3 times to fix something . I just want my back for the inconvenience. More

Issue with front brakes/tail & brakelights. Front brakes pulsates when braking. this issue was repaired. The brake light/tail light issue was not. The right tail light assembly was the problem, I check the continuity of the circuit path through the assembly reverse polarity on one bulb contact. I replaced the assembly. all ok now. More
