What is the point of appointments? 3 hour wait for an inspection. I have a hard time understanding the point of making an appointment. They were clearly overbooked. Specifically asked for quote???? I came into to dealership service area and asked how much an oil change was. Young girl pointed to sign on glass saying. “Posted right there sir”. I came into to dealership service area and asked how much an oil change was. Young girl pointed to sign on glass saying. “Posted right there sir”. I said “so your telling me an oil change is just $15?” She says “yes”. I say “even for a Hemi?” She says “yes”. I said I’ll see you tomorrow. I come in Thursday morning and drop off truck with Karen. Very nice girl and again was told oil change is $15. I say ok and go to wait. 25 mins later Karen calls and say oil change is $25. I tell her what happened and she just says “sorry”. I obviously wanted it done so I said ok, but the point here is if this dealership can’t gandle properly quoting an oil change. How reputable are they? Are they competent enough to work on new trucks? I would question returning! More
