Long wait to have same repair and new tech caused problem fi Waited for almost 3 weeks for warranty part to arrive, almost another 3 weeks to have the warranty item installed, after so-called repair, arrived by Waited for almost 3 weeks for warranty part to arrive, almost another 3 weeks to have the warranty item installed, after so-called repair, arrived by to my residence only to later find not only is the same dash warning still occurring but also, the rear lift gate can not be opened. That was not an issue until after the “so-called” warranty repair was completed. This occurred on a Saturday and had to wait intil early That following Monday to have all issues hopefully resolved, and fortunately they were finally “repaired”. More
