Not great Unorganized..... never will go back ! Had to call them to see if warranty rim was in not once twice then they couldn’t call me to say it was in they Unorganized..... never will go back ! Absolutely terrible communication. When I brought my car in for service I asked them to please let me know what was wrong before they did anything. I was told if it was covered under w When I brought my car in for service I asked them to please let me know what was wrong before they did anything. I was told if it was covered under warranty they would just go ahead and fix everything for me. Fine. I was then asked if I was staying there to wait for it and I said no. They told me they would call me to let me know when done. It was 7:00pm and I called them to get an update because they closed at 8pm and no one had contacted me. When I called I was told that the mechanic that was working on my car had gone home for the night and the woman that was helping me at the desk who was supposed to contact me had also gone home for the night. So I asked if anyone was going to call me to update me? The woman I had been talking to then couldn't really tell me a lot because she wasn't the one initially helping me and she told me hopefully my car should be ready the next day by noon. So at this point I was left with no car to get to work and no information on what was wrong with my car or when it would be done. I then had to get a ride to go get a rental car so I would be able to get to work the next morning, On my way to do this I was contacted my ANOTHER woman saying that my car was ready to be picked up? I stated I was just told that no one was working on my car and it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow? She seemed as if she had no clue what I was talking about. I was just so confused. The communication between the staff and myself and the staff with each other was just terrible and caused a huge inconvenience. I have never dealt with that at a dealership before. More
Serious safety issue Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Arrived early, explained to Bill Webber that passenger slider door was jamming. Could not extract disabled child. Explained to Bill that this problem was sporadic. Unfortunately could not demonstrate to Bill at the time, but explained that could not remove child from vehicle when jammed, and problem needs to be addressed. Vehicle is under warranty. Bill told me to bring it back when it acts up. I asked them to analyze the problem and Bill said they can't. I told them it appeared to be an electrical issue; jamming the locks, causing a serious safety evacuation issue .Bill told me to take it to the dealer where I purchased it from if not happy. This is the 4th time I was told this! I asked to speak to a manager, so I could get this serious safety issue repaired. Ted Czwojdak got very angry, asking what do I want him to do about it? He became very agitated and confrontational. I explained the severity of this safety and having a disabled child; he did not seem to care, I wanted a record of this safety issue on file, and he also suggested to take it back to where I bought it! I have never had this vehicle for this issue before. This was the first time. The dealer I bought it from has never serviced or worked on it because we do not live in the county where I bought it. According to my conversation with Chrysler headquarters, it does not matter where you purchased a vehicle; you can get it serviced at any Dodge dealership. I don't understand why your service department sending away business to the competitor? Other customers who witnessed Ted Czwojdak's attitude and aggressiveness could not believe what was happening! Finally, after pleading with them to analyze the problem, Bill Webber agreed to do so. Ted kept staring at me in an intimidating fashion. Later that day, (on 8/14/18) Bill Webber called me to say they could not find the problem, and just lubed the locks. When I went to pick it up, my wife and I discovered immediately that the vehicle would not lock on that passenger slider, nor unlock. We immediately went back in to talk to Bill Webber explaining the problem, he finally said leave it and we will attempt to repair it. My wife and I felt they did not believe there was a problem with the vehicle and did not seem to care about the serious safety issue. They kept the vehicle until the next day. They discovered that the latching mechanism was broken and not working properly; for which they repaired under warranty. My wife and I along with other customers could not believe the lack of empathy or concern displayed and aggressiveness especially from the service director, Ted Czwojdak. This terrible treatment and behavior was totally uncalled for by the service director. More
